EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - FULL TIME
The Adorers of the Blood of Christ (ASC), a community of Catholic women religious, are seeking a full-time experienced and organized professional, with exceptional computer proficiency, to provide support to our Leadership Sisters and COO at our St. Louis Region Office to enhance operational efficiency, facilitate smooth communication to all Sisters, internal departments and external parties.
This highly regarded position will: efficiently and accurately manage Sisters' confidential database; handle all correspondence/publications/mailings, including updates for the Catholic Directory; will have oversight responsibility for the annual Assembly of U.S. Region Sisters; manage the ASC Foundation process for applications/reviews/selection/monetary funding and record-keeping; and will provide leadership to ensure the efficient management/coordination of the St. Louis Region Office.
Expectations are for this key position to function efficiently, independently, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all accessible information.
