FOOD SERVICES SUPERVISOR
The Adorers of the Blood of Christ (ASC), a community of Catholic women religious, are seeking a full-time licensed Food Services Supervisor for our Wichita, Kansas Center which includes a small Skilled Nursing Facility. This position requires a Certified Dietary Manager. The CDM will plan, organize, develop, prepare and direct the overall operation of food services to ensure high quality nutritional services in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards of menu preparation, food handling, creativity, safety and efficiency.
This position will: have oversight responsibility of the food services department, to include preparation and management of the budget, supervision and coaching of staff, ensure a safe/sanitary/fully functional department with appropriate staffing, tools, supplies, and sufficient food inventory in order to produce on-time preparation of meals.
