HEALTHCARE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & PROPERTIES ASSOCIATE
The Adorers of the Blood of Christ (ASC), a community of Catholic women religious, are seeking a full-time Healthcare A/P and Properties Associate for our St. Louis Region Office.
This position will work in two departments:
In the Finance Department by providing healthcare bill processing to include monitoring/reviewing medical, dental, vision insurance invoices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficient recording-keeping; communicate professionally and appropriately with Sisters, outside entities, and internal staff. Will also provide hospitality to St. Louis Region Office visitors.
In the Properties Department, will provide administrative assistance by ensuring all vehicles are appropriately licensed, maintained, repaired and inventoried; provide assistance with RFP bid process for major projects and collect relevant supporting documents; ensure efficient record-keeping in a data-base and in hard records.
Starting hourly wage is $24.50 and includes insurance benefits, paid leave, retirement benefits, and free parking.
