Job Description: Sales Lead Generation
Job Summary and Objective:
Provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads.
Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, emails and direct mail.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Make outgoing calls to prospects
Qualify leads and seek to determine decision makers
Update CRM with details of calls made
Research and maintain lead generation database
Conduct customer research
Provide feedback to management to improve call scripts
Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
Retrieve information from website from downloads and update CRM
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services
Skills and Attributes Required:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience with cold calling
Experience with research and maintaining data in CRM
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Strong project and time management skills
Able to provide suggestions to management on how to improve the process
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
or equivalent experience
2-3 years experience in lead generation
Work Environment:
Work from home
Flexible hours to fit your schedule
Part time 10-20 hours per week with potential for more
Occasional meetings at somewhere like Panera or Starbucks
Must have reliable internet
Must have a good computer
A desk phone will be provided
