We are seeking an independent, competitive, proactive self-starter who is passionate about agriculture. This individual, based in O’Fallon, MO, will provide custom risk management solutions through the sales and servicing of crop, livestock, and named peril insurance products. Other potential office locations include Union and Farmington.

A bachelor’s degree or experience in the agricultural industry, sales, or finance is preferred.  Starting position is based on experience and opportunities for personal and professional growth including Assistant Vice President, Crop Insurance (minimum starting salary $53,000) and Vice President, Crop Insurance (minimum starting salary $73,000). 

A flexible work schedule may be considered after the initial training period and will be based off the candidate’s qualifications and needs.
