We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to oversee our clients' satisfaction and success. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely with them to understand their business goals and objectives and ensuring that our products and services meet their needs.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You will also work closely with our internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that we are delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Base Salary: $60-$70k plus commissions, total earning potential at goal - $100k
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service • Understand clients' business goals and objectives and ensure that our products and services meet their needs • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth • Monitor and analyze client usage and adoption of our products and services • Develop and deliver regular client reports to ensure transparency and open communication • Identify and address potential client issues and escalate as needed • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or applicable experience • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships • Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $51,300 and $120,750.
Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be
applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union
representation, if applicable.
