Graybar Electric Company, Inc. seeks a full-time IT Procurement Mngr in St. Louis, MO responsible for procurement of IT assets & IT Budget devel & reporting, invoicing, & tracking; oversee RFP process, negotiation, & contracting w/ On/Offshore outsourcing & staff augmentation organizations, review & negotiate IT Contracts & pricing for goods & services; review & recommend SLAs and KPIs for adherence to contracts & drive efficiency; reconcile/purchase/audit lic; identify, lead, & oversee complex sourcing IT projects & personnel; oversee & manage systems that track IT inventory & budgeting; collaborate w/ business & IT leaders to develop business cases for new technology; serve as liaison to Corporate Legal department on all NDAs & contracts; & maintain repository of active contracts & NDAs.
Req. Bachelor’s or equiv. combo of edu., training or exp. as determined by qualified eval service in IT, Comp Eng., Comp App, or related field & 5 yrs exp as IT Procurement Mangr, IT Service Delivery Mngr, IT Project Mngr, IT Technical Mngr or related occ.. Exp, must include 3 yrs exp w/Offshore IT staffing arrangements/pricing/contract negotiations/RFPs & procurement; defining & measuring adherence to SLAs & KPIs; reviewing/auditing IT lic usage; & IT process definition & implementation.
