Finance Clerk – Koven Technology, Inc.

Koven Technology, Inc. is a medical device company that imports, exports, and distributes Koven Hadeco vascular Dopplers. We are located in the St Louis area.  Koven has a career opportunity for a Finance Clerk to assist the Finance department on day to day administration.  The position requires a highly organized and detailed person.  This is a full-time salary position with full benefits which includes insurances such as Health, Dental, Disability, and 401K. Operating hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm.  

Position Summary:

The Finance Clerk is hired to work under the management of the Chief Financial Officer performing administrative duties and assisting in various accounting functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides assistance to the Finance department on day-to-day administrations

Expense reports

ACH payments and bank register

Customer Audits

QuickBooks entries, reports and special projects

Customer payments, invoices and deposits

Accounts Receivable/Check and credit card processing

Time tracking

Collection calls and noting files

Special QuickBooks projects and reports

Various other projects as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Previous experience as a bookkeeper required.  Well organized, multitasker who is meticulous and detail oriented.  Ability to prioritize is a must.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software is required.  QuickBooks is a plus.
