Lee Enterprises is seeking a versatile, hardworking, and dependable person to join our Centralized CIS Operations Team. A successful candidate must possess strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidates must be focused on rendering superior service to our internal and external customers. This position requires accuracy, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment. Must possess strong time management skills, strong critical thinking skills, have the ability to multi-task and work independently.

This department functions 365 days per year, the position will require the ability to work weekends as needed and some holidays.

Position hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri/6am to 2pm Sat/Sun

Position Responsibilities
  • Daily Electronic Submission of Postal Reports to the USPS
  • Day End Processing
  • Database Maintenance
  • Address Cleansing and Maintenance
  • Data Entry
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Excellent Time Management & Organizational Skills
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to Multi-Task and Work Under Pressure to Meet Daily Deadlines
Education & Experience
  • 2+ Years Data Entry/Office Environment Required
  • Previous Experience in a Publishing Environment is a Plus
