Job Description Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of various cloud-based Software-As-A- Service (SAAS) and Platform-As-A-Service (PAAS) products. Monitoring of critical reports, systems and dashboards to identify and report on critical issues that affect the cloud systems at the institution. Participates in technology projects and tasks related to cloud systems and services. Ensures that systems are kept UpToDate and properly secured based on industry best practices.

Job Description Summary

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer security, business or related field. In lieu of bachelor's degree, a combination of earned education, certifications and years of experience supporting an network-centric technical environment for a total of four years.
- Two years of full-time experience in Windows server administration, VMWare server administration, or 0365 system administration.
- Experience working with a complex virtual environment. Work experience in a college environment and a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate preferred.

- Design, Manage and deploy the virtual machine environment, network architecture and Virtual Private Cloud.
- Manage a wide array of networking infrastructure
- Plan, organize, coordinate and implement Cloud and LAN related projects
- Developroadmaps for current and future cloud deployments
- Document, update and/or assist with the planning for replacement of network infrastructure.
- Ensure security is integrated into all cloud services
- Performcost and capacity optimizations for cloud offerings.
- Develop and plan cloud budgets, burn rates and contract cutovers.
- Document, update and/gather input to the NIA Technology Roadmap for Cloud Services and Applications.
- Effectively participate in working groups or committees
- Monitorcollege ticketing system to ensure tickets for Cloud Services are addressed and resolved.
- Reinforce high ethical standards of conduct and procedures to assist in ensuring the security of the College's technology assets and data.
- Performsother related duties as assigned.
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department.
